The five lands are rather crowded especially in high season, in July and August, for this reason we suggest finding a home in one of the neighboring areas.

There are numerous villages, perched on the mountains, or near the sea, little known and very well served. Among these are Bonassola and Levanto, which are just a few minutes from Monterosso by train. Bonassola is a very private one, with a large pedestrian area and access to the beach. Levanto is the most welcoming and well-served town with all kinds of service, with a wide beach, restaurants, bars, and business activities. Easily reachable by car from the motorway exit Carrodano and well connected to all 5 Villages by a fast trains and boats service.

Stay Monterosso : Hotel Portoroca – One of the most luxury hotel in the area, with private pools with seaview, climbed over the hill, with a lovely path to reach the old village of Monterosso.
